You are a consultant, engineer, marketer, or someone with a bright idea. How do you evaluate your idea and evolve it into a detailed business plan? Our March speaker, Krishna Uppuluri, author of "Engineer to Entrepreneur - The First Flight", will take his engineering entrepreneurial concepts and translate them into consulting entrepreneurship blueprints.
The seminar will focus on the business lifecycle and will include analysis of ideas, founding team dynamics, marketing, sales, and funding - with particular emphasis on consulting services business. The goal of this seminar is to provide a few degrees of early correction to demonstrate how entrepreneurs can avoid many degrees of deviation, later, during their entrepreneurial flight. You'll learn how to assess your idea and develop a Startup Blueprint that addresses the following questions:
--How do you assess a market opportunity (products or services)?
--How do you make your services compelling and differentiated?
--How do you leverage your services, with vertical integration?
--How do you market and sell your services beyond your immediate eco-system?
--How do you forge partnerships with other vendors for synergy and the potential for M&A?
