This month's topic: Getting Into & Understanding "Business Mode"
You're probably like most people and desire to perform the solutions versus dealing with "business mode." Is it the numbers, generating sales, marketing strategies, dealing with people or planning that cause you to procrastinate or avoid the business side of business? Do you then struggle to grow your business or advance your career because of this inexperience?
