Yes…it’s time for round SIX of the Eveleigh Guest Bartender Series at the beautiful back bar. Take a look at who will be taking over behind the bar the next four Mondays from 7-11pm. And a special thanks to our own Head Barman David Kupchinsky aka Ol’ Man Winter, who puts so much time into rounding up these fabulous bar mates and helping them prepare for their guest night.
Zach Patterson is an award-winning bartender with over 10 years of experience varying from neighborhood dive bars and clubs in Mexico, to fine dining restaurants and upscale lounges stateside. He currently manages the bar at Bagatelle Los Angeles.
Zach has traveled the globe in pursuit of his passion to better know and understand the spirits of the world. Zach has always had a passion and affinity towards agave based spirits. He has spent significant time in Jalisco. He visits Mexico 2-3 times a year to feed his love for travel and spirits.
His biggest accomplishment came in 2011 when he won the International Centennial Macchu Pisco Sour Competition held in Lima, Peru. Zach has also been featured in several radio broadcasts, including The Tasting Room with Tom Leykis as well as industry leading magazines, Imbibe and
The Tasting Panel.
Zach currently has signature drinks featured on menus across the West Coast and Bagatelle locations worldwide. Several times a month Zach teaches cocktail classes in Los Angeles, specializing in spirit and cocktail education history. You can follow his cocktail focused column in
