A Glass Full of Stars - Sparkling Wines of the World and Champagne, Two Consecutive Mondays, July 9 and 16

Indeed don't wait if you need some starry refreshment. This class will cover the complete world of sparkling wines from rustic fizz to great Champagne. Not just a wine for celebration, but in fact a wine that is celebration in a bottle. Our first night will be Champagne and other ''serious'' methode champenois wines, and the second night will cover other bubbly from Prosecco and Cava to luscious Lambrusco and Birbet. These are great wines�and you should drink them more often. Here's where to start. Your instructor is Jamie Koren.
