A16 and Executive Chef Chris Thompson announce the second Sunday Farm Supper of the series with Dry Creek Peach & Produce on July 29, 2012. The series celebrates A16's commitment to seasonal ingredients and local farmers throughout the Bay Area. The featured farmer will also be in attendance at each Sunday Farm Supper, giving guests an opportunity to meet the team behind the ingredients.
Chef Thompson will create a special menu for each supper showcasing the featured farmers' produce in his Southern Italian fare. Dry Creek Peach & Produce, a small, family-operated farm located in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, is the last remaining fruit farm in Dry Creek Valley. Their produce is organically grown, handpicked and hand-packed, promising fresh and delicious peaches, nectarines, and plums.

A16 Restaurant A16 is named for the "autostrada" highway that runs from Naples to Canosa, Puglia in Southern Italy. Under the direction of Executive Chef Chris Thompson, A16 features fresh pasta, house-butchered and house-cured meats, and authentic Neapolitan pizza. Complementing the Southern Italian menu, Wine Director/Owner Shelley Lindgren offers wines that highlight the indigenous grapes from regions such as Campania, Sardinia, and Sicily. | | | | |
