The Cities by the Bay Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will be holding its Annual Community Awareness Recruitment Event. The luncheon celebration is intended to bring awareness to disaster preparedness in the community.
This is a perfect time to network with business professionals and connect with vendors from all over the Bay Area. Come meet new contacts; share expertise, services, needs; and to get tips on how to get prepared for disasters.
The event features well known speaker, Cathy Dunwood, Certified Business Resilience Auditor for Cisco Systems, who will speak on how to be prepared for a disaster with practical tips and a plan. Also come meet the Honorable Judge Diana Becton, Superior Court Contra Costa County.
Admission is free, lunch is served buffet style with an opportunity to win through an Opportunity Drawing and a fund raiser drawing for valuable gifts - need not be present to win. Vendor tables are available. Everyone is welcome.
