| Event Description |
Mobile Retail has gone through several key phases - from corner stores to carrier stores to national chains and big-box retailers. Considering this evolution and the addition of online and call center sales, what does the sales channel for devices and services really look like today and where is it headed? As we explore the current retail market, we will address the implications and opportunities for logistics, up-sells, customer service, accessories, training, supply-chain management, pricing, regional and demographic variances, etc. What's the best way to do retail, and how can money be made?
