Members and guests of the San Francisco Opera's Bravo group converged on South-of-Market hot spot Fluid for a bit of fun to kick off the holiday season with a party themed "hip hOP ERA - hip hop opera".

Stephanie Tuttle, Maggie Mack and Cici Fisher at the Bravo holiday party.More than 200 attendees sipped cocktails and enjoyed asian-style fare from Circulo restaurant while enjoying the cool surroundings. Manning the music was djshissla. Guests received ampules of teeth whiteners from GoSmile to their brighten holiday smiles. Cheryl Lincoln had another kind of holiday smile after she won two orchestra seats to an upcoming opera performance. On-hand for the event were Paula Elmore, Trish Loucks, Cici Fisher, Stephanie Tuttle, Christine Englund, Maggie Mack and Vicki Carnegis as well as co-chairs Jennifer Kano and Kelly Grimes. Kelly Grimes & Linda Grimes, President & Co-Chair Jewel BallAnd speaking of co-chairs, Kelly's mother Linda Grimes recently co-chaired the Jewel Ball, along with Nina Clima. The annual fete raised more than $165,000 for Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford. Held at the Palace Hotel, the event featured Monte Carlo-style gambling, costumed
